How Does it Work?

Parts can be powder coated after undergoing our electrocoating process. This is done by going through one of our two powder booths while being electrically charged to ensure maximum coverage on all areas. Overspray powder can be reclaimed and re-used for a positive environmental impact. Once the parts have been coated, they enter our in-line baking oven to evenly bake on the coating and ensure maximum adhesion to the part.
