How Does it Work?

Depending on the customers thickness and appearance requirements, parts will first travel through our coating lines to be electrocoated and powder coated, to create a robust bond between the part and aliphatic coating. Depending on the size of part, we will use our manual spray booth for exceptionally large parts or our automated robotic cell. This cell robotically applies the aliphatic coating precisely to the desired thickness and appearance for maximum efficiency and material usage optimization.
